Although my experience is based within the Australian property market, the higher level concepts can very easily be applied globally. Half of the complexity of investing in real estate lives within the approaches and tactics, not just region specific nuances (although we provide Australian specific examples of these nuances)Â

A little about me
Long story short: I’ve put everything I know into action, and as a result, my wife and I have built a portfolio worth over $5 million!
Through a combination of savvy buying, sweat equity and risk management I’ve created a portfolio that gives me life choices, and all before the age of 27.
My background as a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) led me to audit financial statements for range of clients including ASX Listed, Retail, Real Estate & Construction clients.
These skills translated directly into my investment strategies with a deep understanding of technical accounting, analytics and financial reporting, to achieve exceptional results in financing and growing a multi-million dollar property portfolio.
My passion for property and people is why I started making Youtube Videos, sharing our DIY Renovations and knowledge in the property space.
My hope is to help as many people as possible, to take control of their future by investing in property for long term wealth creation.
